Opting Out: You can set your browser to not accept cookies, but this may limit your ability to use our website and some features may not function as a result.
We use Google Analytics to work out the demographics of our visitors and the success of marketing campaigns. As a result the website may store some information that allows this to happen. If you do not agree to this information being stored, please do not access our website. Please view this Cookies and Google Analytics on Websites page for more details.
What information do we collect about you?
If you use the 'Contact Us' form on our website, we will request some personal contact information from you and we may keep this on record to facilitate our communications with you. Website usage information is collected using cookies as described above.
If we start discussing specific projects or opportunities with you and / or you become a customer of HexCam then we will certainly hold more information than is gathered through this website.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information through this website to help you with your general enquiries and, if you agree, to email you about services and products we think may be of interest to you. You will be able to unsubscribe from any marketing or newsletter correspondence at any time. Just let us know.
We will only hold onto your information for as long as is necessary to answer your questions. If we start a more detailed conversation about a project or job then this will inevitably require us to gather more information about you but this will be kept separate from basic marketing details.
We take our own privacy very seriously, so please be assured that we will take great care with any information supplied by you and only use GDPR compliant data processors. We will not pass your information on to any third parties unless it is necessary to facilitate our work (in which case we'll ask for your permission first) or if we have a statutory or legal obligation to do so.
Occasionally we would like to send you information about HexCam's products and services which we think will be of interest to you. If you have agreed to receive such information, you can always opt out at any time.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email us or write to us at Place Farm, Costessey Lane, Drayton, Norwich, NR8 6HD. We want to make sure that your personal information is correct and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information that is not accurate.
We will do our best to ensure that the content of emails received at HexCam remains private. Any emails sent by HexCam are meant to be received by the named recipient and, if you receive an incorrect email as a result of an error by us, please securely delete it and inform us of our error.
